Should you find that the device limit displayed in Console>Settings>Global, as illustrated below, does not correspond to your newly purchased device-limit increase, please follow the instructions below.
The device count display (e.g., 2/51) indicates your current device usage and limit:
- 2 represents the number of devices currently being monitored.
- 51 is the maximum number of devices allowed under your current license.

- Log out of the Console.
- Log back into the Console.
With the Console refreshed, you should now see an updated, true reflection of your device limit under Console>Settings>Global.
For other devices-limit issues, or to Add Additional Devices To Your License, please contact the OPSWAT Sales team.
If you have followed the instructions above but find that Your Device Limit Is Still Not Corresponding To The License Your Purchased, please open a Support Case with the OPSWAT team via phone, online chat.
