Check Your Version: This article applies to all OPSWAT Central Management releases deployed on Windows and Linux systems.
Issue: The Advanced Endpoint Protection section is missing in the on-prem version of OPSWAT Central Management.
Resolution:
The Advanced Endpoint Protection section is available in the cloud version of OPSWAT Central Management under Policies -> Endpoint Security. You can then choose an existing policy or create a new one. Within your selected policy, navigate to Advanced Endpoint Protection -> Enable Threat Detection for Windows/Linux/MacOS.
For the on-prem version, please verify that your license includes Advanced Endpoint Protection by contacting your account manager or sales representative.
