Licensing Information
This section displays a basic overview of the customer license associated with the MetaDefender NDR Manager.
- Version - The current codepack version for the associated MetaDefender NDR Manager.
- Signature Pack - The current signature pack version for the associated MetaDefender NDR Manager.
- Feed Pack - The current feed pack version for the associated MetaDefender NDR Manager.
- Licensed To - The email address that the MetaDefender NDR Manager is licensed to.
- License Valid Through - The license expiration date.

Collector and Manager Logs
You can download manager and collector logs for any technical assistance. To download the logs, select the required logs and their components, time interval since when they were logged, and then click Download Logs to save the inquest-logs.zip file to your system. You must provide this file to the MetaDefender NDR Technical Support team in an event any technical assistance is required.
Manager of Managers Adoption
The Managers of Managers Adoption section displays the adoption status of the MetaDefender NDR Manager. An unadopted MetaDefender NDR Managers will display its adoption key in this section.
An MetaDefender NDR Manager that has been adopted will instead display the IP address of the Manager of Managers, as well as the timestamp of when it was adopted.
