Please find below the list of folders that should be removed after performing a clean uninstallation of MetaDefender Core on Windows
C:\Program Files\OPSWAT\MetaDefender Core
C:\Windows\Temp\ometascan

If you have set a custom tempdirectory in Registry, please also try to remove that folder as well.
