1/ Streamline Organization Onboarding with Approved Email Domains

Organization admins can now set approved email domains to streamline access requests. Users with a matching email domain can request to join the organization—no manual invitation required.

For organization admins: Set up domain for your organization by navigating to My Organization > General Information > Add my domain

For users: Find all organizations you are eligible to join by navigating to My Information > Organizations > Available organizations

Benefits:

• Reduce admin workload
• Maintain secure access based on verified domains
• Make it easier for users to find and join the right organization

2/ For Partners Customer License Expiration Notifications

Partners can now subscribe to receive automatic alerts for upcoming customer license expirations—60 and 30 days in advance.

Subscription settings available under License Management > Customer Organizations

• Eliminates manual tracking and access dependencies
• Helps partners stay ahead of renewals with timely follow-ups

Bug Fixes Keep Active Menu When Reloading Page

Resolved an issue where reloading any page always redirected to /Home. The portal now retains the current page on reload (including hard reloads).

Enhancements Improved Email Format for License Expiration Alerts

License expiration emails now show details in a clean table format, making it easier to scan product names, license keys, expiration dates, and more.
