Release Summary

This release introduces enhancements to improve status tracking of False detection submissions and adding new capabilities for managing users and roles in organizations with sub-organizations.

Enhancements

Improved False Detection Submission Tracking

• Automatically creates a support case whenever a false detection is reported.

• Adds a new column, Case No., to the Submission History tab. This column includes clickable links to support cases.

User and Role Management

For organization with sub-organizations, authorized users can now

• Export visible data from the Users tab directly to an Excel file.

• Extend filter functions to custom roles across all selected organizations.

• "Number of Users" in the Roles tab is now clickable for both current organizations and sub-organizations, navigating directly to the Users list with filters applied to the selected Organization and Role.

Academy Newsletter Subscription

Users can now subscribe to a monthly Academy newsletter to receive updates and summaries of OPSWAT Academy activities.

To enable this feature, navigate to My Information > Preferences > OPSWAT Academy - Newsletter and check the subscription box. By default, this option is set to "false" and must be manually enabled.
