2/ Support Response Time Estimates

When clicking "Submit a Case" button, users can now see Initial Responses ETA based on their support plan, helping them set clear expectations and manage their issues effectively.

Note This function is only available for users with Silver-level support plans or higher OR those who have purchased OPSWAT licenses.

3/ For Partners Reseller Details

Enhanced license visibility for partners by allowing distributors to view reseller information directly alongside each sub-organization. This update simplifies reseller tracking and streamlines customer license management.
