License Management Dashboard: Powerful New Visualizations
Managing your OPSWAT licenses just got a whole lot easier! We’ve rolled out powerful new overview charts on your Organization Licenses page.
- Single Organization View: Instantly visualize your license usage, allocations, and status with clear, interactive charts.
- Entire Organization Hierarchy: For organizations with multiple sub-organizations, you can now see license data across your entire structure. Get a unified view of all your licenses, no more manual tracking or guesswork!
Improved Security: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Controls
Disabling MFA now always requires confirmation via email, even if you log in using a recovery code. This enhancement ensures that only authorized users can turn off MFA, providing an extra layer of protection for your account.
We’ve made several improvements to the False Detection Submission process to streamline your experience and ensure accurate reporting:
- Customer Support Level Integration: When submitting a false detection, your organization’s support level (Standard, Silver, Gold, Platinum, US In-Country Platinum, Emerald) is now automatically included in the ticket. Platinum customers’ tickets are prioritized as BLOCKER for faster resolution.
- Sandbox Mode Selection: For false positive reports, if you select “Sandbox” as the detection engine, you’ll now see a “Which Adaptive Sandbox Mode?” field, allowing you to specify either Remote Engine or Embedded Engine.
