[For Partners] Updated Deal Registration Stages for Better Sales Alignment
The deal registration stages have been expanded from five to seven, giving partners clearer visibility into each step of the sales process — from qualification to closure.
Three new stages replace the previous ACCEPTED stage, providing more detailed tracking across key milestones:
- EVALUATION: Understand customer needs, define scope, and shape the right solution.
- VALIDATION & ALIGNMENT: Customer validates the solution technically while commercial terms are aligned.
- CONTRACTING: Final paperwork, legal reviews, approvals, and signatures.
The full set of stages now includes: SUBMITTED, EVALUATION, VALIDATION & ALIGNMENT, CONTRACTING, REJECTED, CLOSED WON, and CLOSED LOST.
