Supervisor Approval

Supervisor Approval is a pivotal feature within the product designed to ensure an additional layer of security and control over file access. This functionality mandates that files undergo approval by supervisors before any user can download or preview them.

Files can remain in the Supervisor Approval state until they are approved, offering flexibility in the approval process.

Administrators can configure the Supervisor Approval in three distinct ways:

  • One stage - one approval from a supervisor is required for each file;
  • Multi-stage - you can define the number of approvals required for a file;
  • Step based - you can define the number of steps required for approval and the supervisors will sequentially approve the uploaded files;
