End of Sale and End of Life for CM7 and CM8
OPSWAT announces End-of-Sale and End-of-Life for OPSWAT Central Management version 7 and My OPSWAT On-premises (Central Management version 8). The last day to order the affected products is July 31, 2025. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive service and support under the terms and conditions of customers' service contract until the expiration date of their contract or the affected product's end of life. Table 1 describes the end-of-sale milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected service
During support cycles, OPSWAT will provide fixes for reproducible and verifiable defects in End-of-Sale products when there is no workaround and the defect is preventing the use of the products. Fixes will be provided in the next release of products after confirmation of the defect.

End of Maintenance Releases Date | The last date that OPSWAT may release any final software maintenance releases or bug fixes. After this date, OPSWAT will no longer develop, repair, maintain, or test the product software. | 01/31/2027 |
End-of-Life Date | The last date to receive applicable service and support for the product as entitled by active support service contracts or by warranty terms and conditions. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. | 01/31/2027 |
