The Hardware Orders module gives you a single place to track your OPSWAT hardware, from order and shipping through delivery and deployment. Hardware visibility was previously part of License Management and now has its own module in the left navigation.

What is in the module
The module contains two tabs:
Organization Hardware: all hardware assets that belong to your organization. Available to organization users.
Customer Hardware: for partners, the hardware orders and inventory of the customers you serve. Available to partner organizations only.
Each tab opens with an Overview panel that summarizes your hardware (Total Orders and items that Need Attention) and a chart of hardware by status, followed by a detailed, filterable list.
Permissions
Access is controlled by two role objects:
Hardware Orders - Organization Hardware controls the Organization Hardware tab. It appears when your organization has at least one hardware asset.
Hardware Orders - Customer Hardware controls the Customer Hardware tab. It appears for partner organizations that have an assigned customer organization with hardware.
Built-in roles grant up to View Only for both objects. Grant Full Access through a custom role.
