How to update my personal information on My OPSWAT Portal?

Navigate to My Information > Personal Information to update Your name (First name & Last name), Title, Company, Phone Number, Time Zone, Addresses (city, country), Postal code.

You can also request to Delete, Access, Restrict processing your personal data held by OPSWAT DSR by submitting Data Subject Request form.

After submitting the form, an email will be sent to the email address you provided. To complete the email update process, you must click the confirmation link in the email within five days of submitting the request. Failure to do so will require you to submit a new request. Once your request has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification.

• The types of requests are as follows:
  • Delete My Data: Deletion of your personal data. You can also ask to delete your My OPSWAT account
  • Correct My Data: Correction of your personal data
  • Access My Data: Request for a copy of your personal data
  • Restrict the Use of My Data: Request to stop processing your personal data. If receives this request, OPSWAT will delete your data.
  • Other: other requests based on applicable laws. Currently applicable data protection laws providing DSR rights include, but are not limited to:
  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (“GDPR”);
  • The UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR as saved into UK law by virtue of Section 3 of the UK’s European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018);
  • The Swiss Federal Data Protection Act; and
  • The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended, along with accompanying regulations (the “CCPA”)
