  • MetaDefender Drive In-Session Scanning: Scans devices while the system remains operational using 3 anti-malware engines including ESET, Bitdefender, and Predictive Alin AI
    • Inspection of running processes and libraries in memory, local disks, boot sectors, and selected files or folders
    • Ideal for critical environments where downtime is not acceptable
    • Automatically sync scan reports to Central Management
    • Located in the Tools directory of MetaDefender Drive
Improvements

  • Scan engines start only when a scan begins, based on user selection

  • Scan progress and reporting improvements:

    • More detailed information for the skipped files
    • More precise elapsed time and progress for large scans
    • Showing consistent background color for the items being scanned

  • MetaDefender Drive efficiently works when the storage consumption increases

  • Archive settings are now fully applied

  • Showing Disk Labels in Central Management reports
