Allowlist

The Allowlist feature lets administrators specify trusted sender/From: addresses that should bypass security enforcement to prevent false positives. Emails from allowlisted addresses will not be analyzed or blocked by policy.

Allowlist Page

The Allowlist page includes:

  • Sender/From tabs - View Sender/From: addresses allowlisted.

  • Search bar – Quickly filter allowlisted entries

  • Allowlist Columns:

    • Email address: The trusted email address

    • Scope: The possible scopes are:

      • Full Trust (skip all security checks)
      • Skip multiscanning when enforced by Policy
      • Skip Sanitization when enforced by Policy
    • Comment column – Optional admin notes

  • Actions menu (…) – Options to edit or delete an entry

  • Add new Sender button – Add a new allowlist entry

Adding a Sender/From address to the Allowlist

  1. Select Sender/From tab depending on which type of entry to add.

  2. Click Add new entry
