User Profile

User Profile can be accessed in the drop down menu on the right. On this page you can manage your PIN, update your password, see accounts you are invited to, configure your preference, and subscribe to email notifications.

Default Account

A user can be invited to multiple accounts and have your own account*. My OPSWAT sets the first account you belong to as your default account by default. However, you can select other account as your default account on the User Profile Page and then click SAVE to save your changes.

(*) This happens when you first sign into My OPSWAT and you have not assigned/invited to any organization account.

When you sign into My OPSWAT, you first land to your default account and then you can switch to other account you manage by selecting that account in the drop down menu on the right.

Password

Select Password - Update to update your password.

Reset your Password

Navigate to the login page and select Forgot Password. Fill in the form to send the reset instructions to your email.

PIN

A user needs to set up a PIN to confirm their action if an account requires.

Select PIN - Set Up to setup your PIN.

Update PIN

To update your PIN, select Update and enter your current PIN

Reset PIN

If you forget your PIN, select Forgot PIN
