Activate New License
In My OPSWAT Portal, users can activate a license keys of OPSWAT Products for offline deployments where an OPSWAT Product instance can not connect to OPSWAT License server, such as in an air-gapped environment.
Here are steps to activate a license key:
- From the left navigation, click Activate New License.
Or in the Products page, choose a Downloadable Product. In the License Overview section, pick an available license key and select Activate.
- The activation dialog will pop up. Select what product you would like to activate and fill in all the required fields. Then select Activate.
Product: The OPSWAT Product that you wish to perform license activation.
- This field should already be filled if you open the license activation dialog from the License Overview section of a Downloadable Product.
Activation Key: A license key OPSWAT issued for your organization.
- This field should already be filled if you open the license activation dialog from the License Overview section of a Downloadable Product.. You can also choose to enter a new activation key.
Request Number of Agents: The number of instances you would like to activate. This field is only applicable for MetaDefender Drive and MetaDefender for Secure Storage.
Deployment ID: The deployment ID of the product instance.
Description: A note to help identify the product instance on OPSWAT License Portal.
- If the activation is successful, an offline license file will be made available. Click Download to download the license file.
