New Support Experience

The Support Page has been completely revamped to deliver a more structured and user-friendly experience.

  • Enhanced User Interface: Essential information is now organized in an intuitive grid layout, ensuring all users—regardless of organizational assignment—can access meaningful content and enjoy an engaging support journey.
  • AI-Powered Support Assistant: Introducing an AI chatbot to provide real-time, context-aware support. Start by entering your question in the search box to get instant guidance and helpful resources.
  • Improved Case Submission Process: Submitting support tickets is now integrated into the AI-powered chatbot experience. If the chatbot doesn’t resolve your issue, you can now submit a case displayed on top of the conversation dialog. Also case submission form is now clearer and more efficient, with new and updated fields along the way.

For Partners Partners can now submit and manage tickets on behalf of their customers, streamlining the support process for associated organizations.

Streamlined User and Role Management

For organizations with sub-organizations, we’ve simplified the management of users and roles by consolidating controls in one place. Now authorized users can manage both main organization and sub-organizations without switching between organizations.

  • Efficient User Management: Filter, search for users across all organization levels, and even create new sub-organizations.

  • Advanced Role Management: Easily filter roles by organization and status, and create new roles as needed. Click on the number of users to quickly access the user list for any role.

More friendly format for Sub-Organization name on License Management > Customer Organizations page

Organization names are now displayed in a more user-friendly and recognizable format for our Partners. Sub-organization names follow this updated format:

<Opportunity Close Date> - <Opportunity Type> (<Organization name>)

If the full organization name exceeds the display limit, it is truncated with "…".
