Why don't I see the MetaDefender Kiosk Hardened Image under MetaDefender Kiosk on the Product Downloads page?

Issue

You have a MetaDefender Kiosk K-Series license, but the Hardened Image download does not appear under Product Downloads in your My OPSWAT Portal account.

Explanation

The MetaDefender Kiosk Hardened Image shows up in My OPSWAT Portal only if:

1. MetaDefender Kiosk license is associated with your Organization
2. Your current account is part of the your Organization in My OPSWAT

Solution

Check if you’re added to the correct organization in My OPSWAT Portal. If not, contact your administrator to request access.

1. Steps for the Organization's Administrator to add a user to the correct organization so that they can see the Harden Image download option:

1. The Super Admin should log in to https://my.opswat.com
2. Ensure you are in the correct Organization (main Organization)
3. From the left menu go to My Organization > Users and invite the user you would like to have added to this organization.

Besides, you can also find the list of potential organizations you might belong to and request to join.

2. Steps for request to join available associated organizations

1. Log in to My OPSWAT Portal.
2. Click your name in the upper-right corner and select My Information.
3. Navigate to Organizations > Available Organizations.
4. Click Request to join next to the organization you want to join
5. Fill out Comment and click Submit Request
