Retrieving Files from an External Source

If the ability to retrieve files is configured for a workflow and the user successfully logs in, the user will have the selection between processing the files on the media or retrieving files.

After selecting to retrieve files, users can choose BROWSE files to download or DOWNLOAD ALL to download all files.

In the case of Guest login, a Vault owner ID is required and will prompt for input.

Files available from Vault for downloading have scan result of "No Threat Detected" and state of "Available" or "Sanitized". Those files are also marked in black color in Vault Files window. Files in other states are neither displayed nor available for downloading.

The Browse view allows to select specific files that are Available to download from Vault.

If there is not enough space on the media to download files to, an alert will pop up to notify how much space is needed.
