Initial Configuration
Accessing the Firewall Web Interface
Access the web interface:
- Default IP Address: The default IP address for the device is
10.10.10.10/8
- Configure Your PC: Ensure your PC's IP address is set within the same subnet as the device's IP address (e.g.,
10.10.10.20
). - Access the Web Interface: Open a web browser and navigate to
https://10.10.10.10
to access the device's web interface.
Note: Contact customer support if you don't know the default username and password.
After Successful Login:
- License Page: Upon your first successful login, the license page will be displayed.
- Upload License File: You will need to upload the license file at this time.
- Obtain License File: To obtain the license file, you will need the deployment ID, which is shown on this page.

See software information
Global Setting > Device Setting > Device Updates. The Software pane displays information about each uploaded version:
- Active: If a software version build is operating at this time, a check mark shows
- Version: Software version
- Build: Software build
- Size: File size of the software in bytes
- Bitness: Architecture of the computer system the software operates on, usually 32 or 64 bits
- Upload Date: Date a user uploaded the software version to this appliance in a format of MM:DD HH:MM:SS YYYY
- Applied Date: Date a user applied the current software version to this appliance in a format of MM:DD HH:MM:SS YYYY
- Action: Apply or Delete this software version
Delete software
Note:
- You can delete active software from the Device Updates table but not from memory. You must first apply a different software version, so the different one is now the active version, before deleting the other version.
In the Configuration menu, click Device Updates. The Software pane displays.
- Click Delete in the Action column for the software that you want to remove.
- Click the Submit button to confirm this software build (personality) is the one you want to remove. A green banner at the top tells you that the procedure is successful.
