Why am I getting "We couldn’t analyze this file because no specific configuration is applied" with an OPSWAT Predictive Alin AI license?

Issue:

Users may encounter the error message “We couldn’t analyze this file because no specific configuration is applied” when attempting to analyze files, even when an OPSWAT Predictive AI license is being used.


 Cause:

The OPSWAT Predictive Alin AI is not activated/enabled under Inventory > Modules > Metascan™

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Modules > Metascan™.

  2. Ensure that OPSWAT Predictive Alin AI is enabled.
