  • Unified Platform: My OPSWAT Central Management v10 brings together the core capabilities of our previous platforms, including MetaDefender IT Access (used for managing endpoint security and secure access), My OPSWAT Central Management v7, and My OPSWAT On-Premises (Central Management V.8).
  • Expanded Product Coverage: Customers can now manage all OSPWAT products—not just endpoints—through a single, consistent interface across both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Renaming: The product formerly known as MetaDefender IT Access has been rebranded and renamed to My OPSWAT Central Management v.10 to reflect its broader scope and enhanced capabilities.

Transition & Compatibility

Seamless Upgrade: Existing MetaDefender IT Access customers can transition to My OPSWAT Central Management without losing any data.

Flexible Experience: After logging in, users can switch between the new and old consoles while adapting to the upgraded platform.

Security and Compliance

While the platform name and feature set have evolved, the foundational architecture, security controls, and operational policies established under MetaDefender IT Access remain unchanged. Specifically,

My OPSWAT Central Management v10 continues to operate under the existing ISO 27001-certified Information Security Management System (ISMS) that was established for MetaDefender IT Access.

The security controls previously audited and attested under SOC 2 Type II for MetaDefender IT Access also extend to My OPSWAT Central Management v10. No gaps in control continuity exist as a result of this transition.
